Grinding information
BOSDI's grinding discs are mainly used for polishing metals such as stainless steel, threaded steel, welds, hard alloys, carbon steel, and I-beams.
Production process
Our factory adopts automated assembly line production, using advanced abrasives and resin liquids, which are fired in high-temperature tunnel kilns. Aluminum grinding special sheet
Our aluminum grinding special sheet has good performance, high grinding rate, no clogging, no heating, no sticking to aluminum powder foam, comfortable hand feel, low noise, and small sparks. It is mainly used for grinding aluminum products and aluminum alloy workpieces.
Product sales country
Mainly sold to the United States and Europe, with specifications of 4 1/2 ", 5", 6 ", 7", and colors including pink, blue, black, red, and green. Different colors target different products. Generally speaking, black is used for aluminum alloy workpieces, while other colors are used for grinding aluminum products. There are thicknesses of 3mm and 6mm, among which 3mm has elasticity, can bend, and has a better hand feel.
Stainless steel special polishing disc
Stainless steel special polishing pads are mainly used for polishing stainless steel, characterized by high sharpness, elasticity, good hand feel, high toughness, strong impact resistance, and BOSDI grinding disc's colors including red, green, black, and yellow. Different colors are used for polishing different products.
