Aluminium and Zirconium Flap wheel
The colors of aluminum oxide flap disc are red, blue, and brown, mainly used for polishing metals, stainless steel, cast iron, paint, rust, etc. The characteristics are that the product is sharp, easy to carry, easy to operate, and low in price. The disadvantage is that the polished metal surface is easy to oxidation, rust, and corrosion.
The color of zirconia corundum flap disc is blue, mainly used for polishing stainless steel, hard alloy steel, etc. It is characterized by high sharpness, high efficiency, strong wear resistance, and the metal surface after polishing is not easy to oxidize. It is suitable for polishing oil and gas pipelines, nuclear power plants, high-speed rail, etc. The disadvantages are high price and high cost.
Ceramic corundum and Silicon carbide Flap wheel
The color of ceramic corundum is red, mainly suitable for polishing hard metals such as titanium alloy, high-temperature alloy, nickel alloy, tungsten steel, etc. Its characteristics are sharp polishing, long service life, and its disadvantages are expensive price and slow market circulation.
The main color of silicon carbide flap disc is black, mainly used for polishing stone. However, with the development of diamond technology, the use of silicon carbide flap disc by customers is decreasing. Currently, only customization is supported and there is no inventory.
Diamond flap discs are mainly used for polishing stone, ceramics, glass, tiles, etc. They are divided into 62 sheets and 100 sheets. 62 page blades are mainly used for polishing ceramics,tile, and 100 (50+50) sheets are mainly used for polishing porcelain and stone
100 sheets are composed of diamond sheets and 50 sheets of silicon carbide, brown corundum, zirconium corundum, ceramic corundum, etc. with 50 sheets diamond sheets.
